We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services to maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, and save your preferences.

6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

Yes. We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized SMS reminder messages and classify student replies. Your assignment information and name are shared with Anthropic solely to generate these messages. We do not use your data to train AI models.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive tokens, bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication with Redis blacklisting, and rate limiting. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals as no uniform technology standard has been finalized.
